Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)
We understand that you might feel awkward talking about your concerns with people who are involved in your care, so if you prefer, you can speak confidentially to the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS).
The PALS offices are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. You can speak to someone face-to-face, or telephone or email them.
